Apple Nachos | Indianapolis Food Blogger

Fall means all the things to me. It’s peak APPLE SEASON. I’m biased and believe the honeycrisp apple to be superior. I don’t debate this!

Fall is also the  time I nestle in, when I do the most of my harvesting, and the time I get back to my love of comfort foods. This also menans, I snack a LOT! In knowing this, I try to make sure that at least half of my snacks are good to me and good for me.  Enter in the apple nacho. Fun, kid friendly and tasty! Not to mention, this is SUPER EASY.  The recipe comes together seemily quickly and can be interchangable with whatever ingredients you have on hand.  I’ve made this with my cooking school kiddos, I’ve made it live on tv and they’re a hit everytime. People are showed to know that apples are a great nacho vehicle. They’re sturdy, hold up sauce and garnishes well and are quite tasty! Think about making these for your next fall themed gathering.
